Cancellation, refunds and delivery

What you buy

Nothing, for now. While we launch, the full compatibility reading — a written reading of two whole birth charts, area by area — is free, and no payment is taken, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. This page describes how payments will work if that changes.

There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, no wallet and no credits, so there is never anything to cancel.

Delivery

Delivery is instant and online. The reading opens on the same page, at its own private link, the moment the payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. Nothing is shipped.

The link is kept until you delete it. Save it somewhere you will find it: anyone with the link can open the reading, and nobody without it can.

When you get a full refund

• The reading did not open after you paid. If a payment is captured and the reading is not delivered, we refund it in full.
• You were charged twice for the same reading. The duplicate is refunded in full.
• A fact in the reading is wrong about the chart — a sign, a house, a date. Tell us; if we cannot correct it, we refund it.

Write to support@simplydivine.in within 30 days of the payment, with the reading's link or the Razorpay payment id from your receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Because the reading is delivered in full the moment it is paid for, we do not otherwise refund a reading that was delivered as described.
